1. Your order is not completed until we receive your payment. Payment must be received by us by the order deadline date, or we may be unable to place your order with Angel Food. The order deadline date for each month can be found by clicking the SCHEDULE button (above).
Make the check payable to 'Abundant Life' for the amount due and write your order ID number in the memo space. Mail the check to Abundant Life, 3301 East Coliseum Blvd, Fort Wayne, IN, 46805 in time to be received by us no later than the order deadline date. If you are paying with Food Stamps (EBT) please be sure to come in and sign the EBT voucher by the order deadline date. If you need to change your order, simply order again and put that order number on your check.
2. It is our recommendation that you place your next order right at the distribution line when you pick up on Distribution Day.
3. We cannot provide storage for unclaimed food. Your order must be picked up during the times stated on our web on distribution day, or we must give it to someone else. These times change according to conditions on distribution day! It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO WATCH OUR WEB for current information and pick up your order WHILE WE ARE OPEN or call us yourself and make other arrangements.
4. Angel Food Ministries Reserves the right to substitute any of the items due to availability, cost, and quality.
5. PLEASE BRING A LARGE BOX (OR LAUNDRY BASKET) ON DISTRIBUTION DAY.
6. You must place and pay for your order by the deadline date on the menu. This includes orders in the mail. If your order is received in the mail after the deadline then you will be placed on a waiting list. The reason that this program works is that it is carefully scheduled: we must stay within that schedule for it to work.
7. We cannot get your money back from Angel Food after our order is placed so we cannot give refunds after the order deadline. If you change your mind then please tell us before the order deadline date and we will be happy to get you your money back: after this there is really no way for us to get your money back for you.
8. All orders must be picked-up during the distribution time posted on our web site. This time may change due to various considerations, such as when the truck arrives. You are responsible for checking our web site for up to date information. We understand that occasionally there may be circumstances that need to be accommodated; however it will be your responsibility to notify us if something arises that prevents you from picking up. If we do not hear from you and you do not pick up by the close of the Distribution then your food will be otherwise disposed of. It is our desire to work with you, however we have limited personnel and freezer space after the distribution.
9. We cannot change our order with Angel Food after the deadline date that they specify for us. Generally your deadline to order with us will be a Sunday, and we will place our order with Angel Food the next day around noon. This means that there is a narrow 'window in time' where you can make a last ditch effort to change something, but we make no guarantees: we cannot make changes to our order with Angel Food after our deadline, so anything we order we must pay for.
